Ingredients
- 225 g 8 oz beef short ribs
- Side of tallow
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Season the short ribs with salt, pepper, and any desired spices.
- Place them in a roasting pan or
- Dutch oven. Cover the pan tightly with foil or a lid.
- Cook in the oven for 3-4 hours or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone. Serve the short ribs with a side of tallow, which can be melted over the ribs for added flavor and nutrients.
