Pan Fried Mutton Chops
Ingredients
- 200 g mutton chops about 7 ounces
- 1 tablespoon lard 15ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the lard in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the mutton chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the mutton chops in the frying pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the mutton chops from the frying pan and serve.
