Scrambled Eggs & Prosciutto
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs 150g/5.3oz
- 1 tablespoon butter 15ml/0.5fl oz
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50 g prosciutto about 1.8oz, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs together in a bowl. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan.
- Cook the eggs until they are scrambled to your liking.
- Serve the scrambled eggs immediately with a side of prosciutto.
