Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs 150g/5.3oz
  • 1 tablespoon butter 15ml/0.5fl oz
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 50 g prosciutto about 1.8oz, thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the eggs together in a bowl. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan.
  • Cook the eggs until they are scrambled to your liking.
  • Serve the scrambled eggs immediately with a side of prosciutto.
