Healthy Fat Loss Turmeric Coffee
Servings: 2 people
- 2 cups freshly brewed organic coffee very hot
- 1 tsp. MCT Oil or extra-virgin coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 1 tsp. grass-fed butter
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 dropperful vanilla-flavored liquid stevia
- 1 dropperful English toffee-flavored liquid stevia optional
- Dash of pink salt
- Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered glass blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer to serving cups and serve immediately.
Be sure to use a glass blender for this recipe, as the heat from the coffee can cause chemicals in the plastic to leach into the beverage.
