Healthy Fat Loss Turmeric Coffee

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups freshly brewed organic coffee very hot
  • 1 tsp. MCT Oil or extra-virgin coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. gelatin
  • 1 tsp. grass-fed butter
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 dropperful vanilla-flavored liquid stevia
  • 1 dropperful English toffee-flavored liquid stevia optional
  • Dash of pink salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered glass blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Transfer to serving cups and serve immediately.

Notes

Be sure to use a glass blender for this recipe, as the heat from the coffee can cause chemicals in the plastic to leach into the beverage.
