Bone Marrow Burgers
Ingredients
- 4 bone marrow pieces approximately 2 inches long each
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 400 g 14 oz ground beef
- Optional: additional seasoning for ground beef patties
Instructions
- Preparing the Bone Marrow: Season the bone marrow pieces generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Preparing the Ground Beef Patties: Divide the ground beef into four equal portions. Season each portion with salt, pepper, and any additional seasoning of your choice, such as garlic powder or onion powder. Mix well to incorporate the seasoning.
- Forming the Burgers: Take each seasoned portion of ground beef and flatten it into a thin patty. Place a seasoned bone marrow piece in the center of each patty.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (392°F) for about 5 minutes
- Air Frying the Bone Marrow “Burgers”: Once the air fryer is preheated, arrange the bone marrow “burgers” in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cooking: Air fry the bone marrow “burgers” for 10-12 minutes, or until the ground beef is cooked through and the bone marrow is soft and creamy.
