Instructions
Prepare the Halloumi:

Pan-Fry the Halloumi:
- Heat the lard in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the halloumi pieces to the skillet, ensuring they are in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until they develop a golden-brown crust.
Add Honey and Seasonings:
- Drizzle the honey over the fried halloumi while still in the skillet.
- Gently toss to coat the halloumi evenly.
Serve:
- Transfer the halloumi bites to a serving platter.
- Serve immediately.
