Fried Eggs and Ham
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of ham
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry until the whites are fully set but the yolks are still runny.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- While the eggs are cooking, heat the ham slices in a separate pan until warmed through. Serve the fried eggs with the ham.
Optional (For boiled eggs and ham):
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Bring the water to a boil, then cover the pan and remove it from the heat.
- Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 7 minutes for a soft-boiled yolk, or 10 minutes for a hardboiled yolk.
- Drain the hot water and run cold water over the eggs until they are cool to the touch.
