Fried Eggs and Ham

- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of ham
- Salt and pepper
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry until the whites are fully set but the yolks are still runny.
Season with salt and pepper.
While the eggs are cooking, heat the ham slices in a separate pan until warmed through. Serve the fried eggs with the ham.
Optional (For boiled eggs and ham):
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
Bring the water to a boil, then cover the pan and remove it from the heat.
Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 7 minutes for a soft-boiled yolk, or 10 minutes for a hardboiled yolk.
Drain the hot water and run cold water over the eggs until they are cool to the touch.
