Chicken & Pork Rind Parmesan
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 100 g about 1 cup pork rinds, crushed
- 50 g about 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preparing the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
- Coating the Chicken: In a shallow dish, mix together the crushed pork rinds and grated Parmesan cheese. Dredge each chicken breast in the pork rind and Parmesan mixture, pressing down gently to coat both sides evenly.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 200Β°C (392Β°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Air Frying: Once the air fryer is preheated, place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them for even cooking.
- Cooking: Air fry the chicken breasts for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly and develop a crispy exterior. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 75Β°C (165Β°F).
- Serving: Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
