Ingredients
  

  • 8 thin sausage slices such as breakfast sausage patties
  • 8 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preparing the Sausage Cups: Line each compartment of a muffin tin with one thin sausage slice, pressing it into the bottom and up the sides to form a cup shape.
  • Adding the Eggs: Crack one egg into each sausage cup. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes.
  • Air Frying: Once the air fryer is preheated, carefully place the muffin tin in the air fryer basket. Cook the sausage and egg breakfast cups in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Serving: Once cooked, remove the muffin tin from the air fryer and let the breakfast cups cool slightly. Use a spatula to carefully lift the breakfast cups out of the muffin tin.
