Ingredients
  

  • 6 T almond flour blanched
  • 1 T coconut flour
  • 2 T coconut oil or ghee melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pinches sea salt
  • 1 t gluten-free baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until well combined. Let sit for a minute to allow the mixture to thicken.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes at 350°F until the top is firm and spongy to the touch.
  • Run a knife along the edge, and flip over a plate to release.
  • Slice in half, then toast in the toaster.
  • Serve warm with grass-fed butter.
