English Muffins
Ingredients
- 6 T almond flour blanched
- 1 T coconut flour
- 2 T coconut oil or ghee melted
- 2 eggs
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 1 t gluten-free baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until well combined. Let sit for a minute to allow the mixture to thicken.
- Bake for about 15 minutes at 350°F until the top is firm and spongy to the touch.
- Run a knife along the edge, and flip over a plate to release.
- Slice in half, then toast in the toaster.
- Serve warm with grass-fed butter.
