Carnivore Ribs BBQ
Ingredients
- 4 lbs about 1.8 kg pork or beef ribs
- 1 tbsp 15 ml salt, or to taste
Instructions
- Season the ribs generously with salt.
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker. If using the sauce, brush it over the ribs.
- Cook on low heat for 7-8 hours, or until the ribs are tender and easily pull apart.
- For a crispy exterior, place the cooked ribs under a broiler for a few minutes until the desired crispiness is achieved.
