Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 50 g 1.76 oz grated Parmesan cheese

  • Preparing the Chicken Cups: Preheat your air fryer to 180ยฐC (356ยฐF) for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste. Lay each chicken breast flat on a cutting board and gently pound them with a meat mallet or the bottom of a heavy pan to flatten them evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Forming the Cups: Grease the bottom of the air fryer basket lightly with oil or cooking spray. Place each flattened chicken breast over an inverted muffin tin cup, pressing the chicken down gently to form cup shapes.
  • Filling the Cups: Sprinkle a small amount of grated Parmesan cheese into each chicken cup, distributing it evenly among them.
  • Air Frying: Place the muffin tin with the chicken cups into the preheated air fryer. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serving: Carefully remove the chicken Parmesan cups from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before carefully lifting them out of the muffin tin. Serve hot as a delicious and carnivore friendly appetizer or main dish.
