  • Weaving the Bacon “Crust”: Lay out six slices of bacon side by side on a flat surface. Weave the remaining six slices of bacon perpendicularly through the first set of bacon slices, creating a woven pattern. This will serve as the “crust” for your pizza.
  • Preparing the Bacon Crust: Carefully transfer the woven bacon “crust” to the bottom of the air fryer basket. Ensure that it is evenly distributed and covers the bottom of the basket.
  • Preheating the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes.
  • Air Frying the Bacon Crust: Once the air fryer is preheated, place the bacon weave in the basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the bacon begins to crisp up.
  • Adding the Eggs: While the bacon crust is cooking, whisk the eggs in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Once the bacon crust has begun to crisp, carefully pour the whisked eggs over the bacon weave, ensuring even coverage.
  • Air Frying the Breakfast Pizza: Return the bacon and egg pizza to the air fryer and continue to air fry for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
  • Adding Shredded Cheese (Optional): If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese over the cooked bacon and eggs during the last few minutes of air frying.
