Keto Dry Beetroot Snack (Instant Pot)
Ingredients
- 5 medium beets
- Salt and black pepper per taste
- 1/4 cup garlic-in- fused olive oil
- 2 cups of water
Instructions
- Wash and peel beets; thinly slice a beet with a mandolin.
- Sprinkle beetroot slices with olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Spray a baking dish with a cooking spray.
- Layer beets on a baking dish.
- Add water to the inner stainless steel pot in the Instant Pot, and place the trivet inside.
- Place the baking dish on a trivet.
- Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 15 minutes.
- Press Natural Release.
- Serve on room temperature.
