Keto Newyork Style Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated Swerve
- ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Filling:
- 3 cups cream cheese
- 2 cups full-fat sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons granulated Swerve
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°Line the bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan with parchment paper.
- Mix almond flour, melted butter, Swerve, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour mixture into the bottom of spring form pan and press down evenly to create the crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool while you make the filling.
- Mix eggs, granulated Swerve, cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Release spring form pan, slice, and serve.
