Preheat oven to 300°Line the bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan with parchment paper.
Mix almond flour, melted butter, Swerve, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
Pour mixture into the bottom of spring form pan and press down evenly to create the crust.
Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool while you make the filling.
Mix eggs, granulated Swerve, cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until well combined.
Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.
Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Release spring form pan, slice, and serve.
