Honey Lime Quinoa Fruit Salad


Quinoa is a complete protein, which means it provides all nine essential amino acids necessary for good health. It also happens to add a tasty crunch to this fruit salad. The fresh pieces of fruit are glazed with honey and lime which add a sweet and tangy flavor.

Honey Lime Quinoa Fruit Salad


  • 1 cup quinoa cooked
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • cup strawberries sliced or diced
  • 1 mango diced
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice


  • In a large bowl, combine all of the fruit with the quinoa.
  • Make the glaze by combining honey and lime juice in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the fruit salad, tossing well to coat.
