Honey Lime Quinoa Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa cooked
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1½ cup strawberries sliced or diced
- 1 mango diced
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all of the fruit with the quinoa.
- Make the glaze by combining honey and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the glaze over the fruit salad, tossing well to coat.
