- 1 cup Farro
- Pinch of sea salt
- 3 cups of water or stock
- Rinse and drain Farro.
- Bring water and salt to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer andcook uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
- Drain off any excess water.
- Fluff with a fork and serve.
