Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Farro
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 3 cups of water or stock

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and drain Farro.
  • Bring water and salt to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to a simmer andcook uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
  • Drain off any excess water.
  • Fluff with a fork and serve.
