Ingredients

  • 14 ounces about 400g minced chicken or turkey
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder onion powder.

Instructions

  • Preparing the Chicken or Turkey “Rice”: In a food processor, pulse the minced chicken or turkey until it reaches a rice-like consistency. Alternatively, finely chop the meat with a knife until it resembles rice grains. Season the “rice” with salt and any optional seasonings of your choice.
  • Preheating the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes.
  • Air Frying the “Rice”: Once the air fryer is preheated, spread the seasoned chicken or turkey “rice” evenly in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the “rice” is crispy and golden brown.
  • Cooking the Scrambled Eggs: While the “rice” is air frying, scramble the eggs in a separate bowl and season with salt to taste. Cook the scrambled eggs in a skillet over medium heat until they are fully cooked but still moist.
  • Combining the Ingredients: Once the “rice” is crispy, transfer it to a mixing bowl and add the cooked scrambled eggs. Mix well to combine.
  • Serving: Serve the carnivore “fried rice” hot as a delicious and satisfying meal or side dish.
  • Enjoy: Enjoy the flavorful and nutritious carnivore “fried rice” as a low-carb alternative to traditional fried rice.
