  • 200 g 7 oz ground pork
  • 200 g 7 oz shredded chicken
  • 6 slices of thinly sliced beef e.g., beef carpaccio
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preparing the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork and shredded chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings of your choice, such as garlic powder or onion powder. Mix well until the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Wrapping the Egg Rolls: Lay out a slice of thinly sliced beef on a clean surface. Place a portion of the pork and chicken mixture onto the center of the beef slice. Roll the beef tightly around the filling, similar to rolling a traditional egg roll, ensuring that the filling is completely enclosed.
  • Preheating the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes.
  • Air Frying: Once the air fryer is preheated, carefully place the wrapped egg rolls in the air fryer basket, seam side down, ensuring they are not touching each other.
  • Cooking: Air fry the egg rolls for 10-12 minutes, or until the beef is crispy and golden brown.
  • Serving: Once cooked, remove the crispy carnivore egg rolls from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Serve hot as a delicious and carnivore-friendly appetizer or main dish.
