Ingredients
  

  • 400 g 14 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 100 g 3.5 oz pork rinds, crushed into crumbs
  • 50 g 1.76 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder onion powder

  • Preparing the Coating: In a shallow dish or bowl, combine the crushed pork rinds, grated Parmesan cheese, and any optional seasonings of your choice. Mix well to combine.
  • Coating the Chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper to taste. Dip each piece of chicken into the coating mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs to all sides of the chicken.
  • Preheating the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes.
  • Air Frying: Once the air fryer is preheated, carefully place the coated chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching each other.
