Beef and Bacon Burgers
Ingredients
- 500 g 1.1 lbs ground beef
- 200 g 7 oz bacon, chopped
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preparing the Burger Patties: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the chopped bacon and eggs. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until the bacon, eggs, and seasoning are evenly distributed throughout the ground beef.
- Forming the Patties: Divide the beef and bacon mixture into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty of your desired size and thickness. Ensure that the patties are compact and hold together well.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Air Frying: Once the air fryer is preheated, arrange the beef and bacon patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them for even cooking.
- Cooking: Air fry the beef and bacon burgers for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly on both sides. The burgers should be golden brown and cooked through with an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
- Serving: Once cooked, remove the beef and bacon burgers from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving plate.
