Ingredients
  

  • pounds 680g pork tenderloin
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pork:

  • Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  • Season all sides generously with salt.

Air Fry the Pork:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Brush the pork tenderloin with 1 tablespoon of lard.
  • Place the tenderloin in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from the air fryer, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve:

  • Slice the rested pork tenderloin into medallions.
