Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 1½ pounds 680g pork tenderloin
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons lard
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions
Prepare the Pork:
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
- Season all sides generously with salt.
Air Fry the Pork:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Brush the pork tenderloin with 1 tablespoon of lard.
- Place the tenderloin in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the air fryer, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Prepare the Reduction:
- While the pork rests, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of lard in a small saucepan over

Serve:
- Slice the rested pork tenderloin into medallions.
- Drizzle the reduction over the slices and serve immediately
