  • Preparation: In a large mixing bowl, combine 300g (10.5 oz) of ground beef with 2 eggs. Season the mixture with salt to your liking. Use a fork or your hands to mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Forming Pancakes: Heat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes. Divide the ground beef mixture into four equal portions. Flatten each portion into a pancake shape, about ½ inch thick.
  • Air Frying: Place the ground beef pancakes in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is space between each one. Cook in the air fryer for 8- 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pancakes are crispy on the outside and cooked through.
