Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs peeled
  • 500 g 1.1 lbs ground meat of your choice (beef, pork, chicken, or turkey)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder onion powder.

Instructions

  • Preparing the Hard-Boiled Eggs: Ensure that the eggs are hard-boiled and peeled.
  • Seasoning the Ground Meat: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat with salt, pepper, and any optional seasoning of your choice. Mix well until the seasoning is evenly incorporated into the meat.
  • Forming the Meatballs: Take a portion of the seasoned ground meat and flatten it into a thin patty in the palm of your hand. Place a hard-boiled egg in the center of the patty and carefully fold the meat around the egg, shaping it into a meatball. Ensure the egg is completely covered by the meat.
  • Preheating the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes.
  • Air Frying: Once the air fryer is preheated, place the egg-stuffed meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them for even cooking.
  • Cooking: Air fry the meatballs for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the outside is crispy, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
  • Serving: Once cooked, remove the egg-stuffed meatballs from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Serve hot as a delicious and protein-rich carnivore-friendly dish.
