Carnivore Hash
Ingredients
- 200 g 7 oz cooked beef, diced
- 200 g 7 oz cooked pork, diced
- 200 g 7 oz cooked chicken, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preparing the Meats: Ensure that the beef, pork, and chicken are cooked and diced into small pieces.
- Mixing: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cooked beef, pork, and chicken. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until the meats are evenly distributed.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Air Frying: Once the air fryer is preheated, place the mixed meats in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cooking: Air fry the mixed meats for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crisping. Cook until the edges start to crisp up and develop a golden-brown color.
- Serving: Once cooked to your desired crispiness, remove the carnivore hash from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving plate. Serve hot as a hearty and flavorful carnivore-friendly dish.
