Keto Instant Swiss Chard Soup
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp ghee or olive oil 1/2 cup green onion chopped 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and black ground pepper to taste
- 1 lb Swiss chard leaves shredded
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups bone broth preferably homemade
- 1 tsp dried spice mixture parsley, dill, marjoram, thyme...etc.
Instructions
- Press SAUTÉ button on your Instant Pot.
- Heat ghee (or olive oiand sauté the onion and garlic with a pinch of salt.
- Add shredded Swiss chard, pour water and bone broth, and season with dry herb mix; stir well. Select MANUAL mode and cook for 5 minutes.
- When the timer beeps, press “Cancel” and carefully flip the Quick Release valve to let the pressure out.
- Transfer soup to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
