Keto Oopsie Flat Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs separated
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • Preferred herbs and spices to taste
  • 2 ounces Parmesan grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300˚Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In two bowls, separate the eggs. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together egg yolks, spices/herbs of choice, and cream cheese.
  • Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites (be careful not to break down the whites).
  • With a large spoon, scoop the batter into a round pile (about 6 to 10 incheon the baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool on a rack (flat bread will deflate slightly).
  • Store your Oopsie Flat Bread in a loosely lidded container or in the refrigerator until you are ready to use.
  • Lightly brush top of Oopsie bread with olive oil, and top with cheese and dark greens like spinach or arugula.
  • Broil in the oven until cheese is melted and flat bread is slightly browned.
