Keto Chocolate Coconut Fat Bombs
Ingredients
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Swerve (granular sugar replacement)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup coconut oil at room temperature
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Swerve, and cocoa powder, and coconut oil. Mash together well to combine.
- Once the mixture is completely smooth, transfer to the fridge for an hour to firm up.
- Remove the mixture from the fridge and divide the mixture into 10 even portions. Roll into balls with your hands.
- Roll each ball one at a time in the coconut to coat.
- Return to the fridge for another hour to set. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
