Keto Chocolate Coconut Fat Bombs

- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Swerve (granular sugar replacement)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup coconut oil at room temperature
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Swerve, and cocoa powder, and coconut oil. Mash together well to combine.
Once the mixture is completely smooth, transfer to the fridge for an hour to firm up.
Remove the mixture from the fridge and divide the mixture into 10 even portions. Roll into balls with your hands.
Roll each ball one at a time in the coconut to coat.
Return to the fridge for another hour to set. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
