Keto Chocolate Coconut Fat Bombs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve (granular sugar replacement)
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup coconut oil at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Swerve, and cocoa powder, and coconut oil. Mash together well to combine.
  • Once the mixture is completely smooth, transfer to the fridge for an hour to firm up.
  • Remove the mixture from the fridge and divide the mixture into 10 even portions. Roll into balls with your hands.
  • Roll each ball one at a time in the coconut to coat.
  • Return to the fridge for another hour to set. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
