Instructions

Optional:
- For pan-fried haddock, Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Season the haddock fillet with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the haddock fillet in the frying pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
