Ingredients
- 300 g 10.5 oz chicken breast, cubed
- 300 g 10.5 oz beef sirloin, cubed
- 300 g 10.5 oz lamb leg, cubed
- Salt to taste
- Metal or bamboo skewers soaked in water if using bamboo
Instructions
- Preparing the Meat: Cube the chicken breast, beef sirloin, and lamb leg into evenly sized pieces. Season each type of meat with salt to taste.
- Assembling the Skewers: Thread the cubed pieces of chicken, beef, and lamb onto the skewers in alternating order, ensuring that each skewer has a mix of all three meats.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (392°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Air Frying: Once the air fryer is preheated, arrange the mixed meat skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them for air circulation.
- Cooking: Air fry the mixed meat skewers for 12- 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking and slight charring on all sides.
- Serving: Once the mixed meat skewers are cooked through and slightly charred, remove them from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving plate. Serve hot as a delicious carnivore-friendly meal or appetizer.
