Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces beef sirloin thinly sliced against the grain
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Stir-Fry the Beef:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of lard in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  • Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the beef from the wok.

Combine and Serve:

  • Add the oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of lard, stirring to combine and heat through.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Transfer to a serving dish, and serve immediately
