- 8 ounces beef sirloin thinly sliced against the grain
- 2 tablespoons lard
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- Salt to taste
Stir-Fry the Beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon of lard in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the beef from the wok.
Combine and Serve:
Add the oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of lard, stirring to combine and heat through.
Season with salt to taste.
Transfer to a serving dish, and serve immediately
