Ingredients
- 8 mozzarella string cheese sticks
- 8 slices of bacon
Instructions
Prepare the Mozzarella Sticks:
- Unwrap the mozzarella sticks and cut each in half to create 16 pieces.
Wrap with Bacon:
- Take one slice of bacon and wrap it tightly around each mozzarella piece, ensuring the cheese is fully covered to prevent leakage during cooking.
- Secure the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
Cook the Bacon-Wrapped Mozzarella:
- o Pan-Frying Method:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks in the skillet, seam side down.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is just starting to melt.
- o Air Fryer Method:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
Serve:
- Remove the toothpicks, if used.
- Serve immediately.

For a spicier variation, consider using pepper jack cheese sticks or adding a sprinkle of red
