Beef Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 300 g beef cut into thin strips (flank steak, skirt steak, or sirloin steak are all good choices)
- 1 tablespoon beef tallow
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the beef tallow in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
- Add the beef strips and cook, stirring constantly, until browned and cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
