Beef Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 5 T coconut oil
  • 1 lb grass-fed beef diced
  • 1 28-ounce can chopped tomatoes with juice, unsweetened
  • 4 cups beef bone broth
  • 2 t chili powder
  • 1 t paprika
  • ¼ t ground cinnamon
  • 5 T grass-fed butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large pot, and cook the beef over medium heat. Cook until there is no pink visible.
  • Pour in the bone broth and canned tomatoes.
  • Then sprinkle in paprika, cinnamon and chili powder.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
  • Melt the butter into the stew and mix thoroughly. Let simmer for 20 more minutes on low heat.
  • When cooked fully, ladle the stew into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
