Beef Chili
Ingredients
- 5 T coconut oil
- 1 lb grass-fed beef diced
- 1 28-ounce can chopped tomatoes with juice, unsweetened
- 4 cups beef bone broth
- 2 t chili powder
- 1 t paprika
- ¼ t ground cinnamon
- 5 T grass-fed butter
Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pot, and cook the beef over medium heat. Cook until there is no pink visible.
- Pour in the bone broth and canned tomatoes.
- Then sprinkle in paprika, cinnamon and chili powder.
- Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
- Melt the butter into the stew and mix thoroughly. Let simmer for 20 more minutes on low heat.
- When cooked fully, ladle the stew into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
