Clam Stew
Ingredients
- 6 T coconut oil
- 8 cups chicken bone broth
- 1 T chili powder
- 4 T grass-fed butter
- 1 lb clams
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Pour in the bone broth. Sprinkle in the chili powder. Stir thoroughly.
- Mix in the butter, stir and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Before serving, place the clams over the top of the stew, cover, and simmer until the clams are fully open.
- Ladle the stew into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
