Ingredients
  

  • 6 T coconut oil
  • 8 cups chicken bone broth
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 4 T grass-fed butter
  • 1 lb clams

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Pour in the bone broth. Sprinkle in the chili powder. Stir thoroughly.
  • Mix in the butter, stir and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Before serving, place the clams over the top of the stew, cover, and simmer until the clams are fully open.
  • Ladle the stew into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
