Coconut Chicken Broth
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 8 cups chicken bone broth
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 T grass-fed butter
- 4 jalapeños
- 2 cups chicken diced and pre-cooked
- 1 T dried basil
- 1 t cilantro
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the coconut oil, and pour in the bone broth. Simmer on low heat, adding in the coconut milk and butter.
- After a few minutes, chop the jalapeño, and add it to the pot.
- Add the chicken to the pot, then add the basil and cilantro. Mix well and continue to let simmer.
- After 5-10 minutes, ladle the soup into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
