Ingredients
  

  • Coconut oil for grease
  • 2 teaspoon of coconut flour
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 whole egg

Instructions
 

  • Grease ramekin dish with coconut oil and keep it on the side
  • Add ingredients to a bowl and combine until no lumps
  • Pour batter into ramekin
  • Microwave for 1 minute on HIGH
  • Slice in half and serve
  • Enjoy!
