Keto Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 ⅓ cups almond flour
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a small pot over low heat, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- In a large bowl, add the melted cheeses, baking powder, almond flour, garlic powder, and eggs.
- Mix until well combined, and let sit for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 24 balls, and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Melt the butter over low heat in a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
- Place the dough balls into the skillet, so they are touching on each side.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until fluffy and golden brown.
- Let cool and serve
