Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 ⅓ cups almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a small pot over low heat, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • In a large bowl, add the melted cheeses, baking powder, almond flour, garlic powder, and eggs.
  • Mix until well combined, and let sit for 10 to 20 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 24 balls, and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Melt the butter over low heat in a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
  • Place the dough balls into the skillet, so they are touching on each side.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until fluffy and golden brown.
  • Let cool and serve
