Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a small pot over low heat, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together. Stir until smooth and creamy.
In a large bowl, add the melted cheeses, baking powder, almond flour, garlic powder, and eggs.
Mix until well combined, and let sit for 10 to 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 24 balls, and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Melt the butter over low heat in a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
Place the dough balls into the skillet, so they are touching on each side.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until fluffy and golden brown.
Let cool and serve
