Keto Simple Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 large Egg
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan
  • ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, using hands, combine all ingredients and knead together until well-incorporated.
  • Form mixture into equal-sized meatballs and place on a prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18 - 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
