- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 large Egg
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan
- ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Preheat oven to 400°Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, using hands, combine all ingredients and knead together until well-incorporated.
Form mixture into equal-sized meatballs and place on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18 - 20 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
