Chicken Chile Soup
Ingredients
- 4 T grass-fed butter
- 4 cups chicken bone broth
- 1 red chile seeded and chopped
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 T cilantro
- 2 cups cooked chicken diced
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter, and then pour in the broth, letting it simmer over low heat. Add in the red chile, chili powder, and cilantro. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add in the chicken, and mix thoroughly. Let simmer for 10 minutes, then ladle into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
