Ingredients
  

  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1 lb grass-fed beef
  • 4 cups beef bone broth
  • 1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes, unsweetened
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 1 T dried oregano
  • 2 T dried basil
  • 1 lb cauliflower chopped into florets

Instructions
 

  • Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until there is no pink.
  • Add the beef broth, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, basil, and cauliflower pieces.
  • Cover and cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour on low, allowing the chili to simmer.
  • When fully cooked, serve, and enjoy!
