Cauliflower Chili
Ingredients
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 lb grass-fed beef
- 4 cups beef bone broth
- 1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes, unsweetened
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 T dried oregano
- 2 T dried basil
- 1 lb cauliflower chopped into florets
Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until there is no pink.
- Add the beef broth, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, basil, and cauliflower pieces.
- Cover and cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour on low, allowing the chili to simmer.
- When fully cooked, serve, and enjoy!
