Ingredients
- 1 head kale de-stemmed and shredded or chopped into small pieces
- 1 head collard greens de-stemmed and shredded or chopped into small pieces
- 4 cups baby spinach washed and drained
- 2 lemons - juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil optional
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Rinse and chop greens and steam until soft – about 7 minutes.
- Press garlic into the lemon juice/oil mixture and stir or shake well.
- Add salt.
- Pour dressing over greens and toss well.
