Keto Garlicky Greens

Ingredients

head kale
de-stemmed and shredded or chopped into small pieces

head collard greens
de-stemmed and shredded or chopped into small pieces
4
cups
baby spinach
washed and drained
2
lemons - juiced
1
tablespoon
olive oil
optional
3
cloves
garlic
1
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Rinse and chop greens and steam until soft – about 7 minutes.
Press garlic into the lemon juice/oil mixture and stir or shake well.
Add salt.
Pour dressing over greens and toss well.
