Keto Garlicky Greens

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head kale de-stemmed and shredded or chopped into small pieces
  • 1 head collard greens de-stemmed and shredded or chopped into small pieces
  • 4 cups baby spinach washed and drained
  • 2 lemons - juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and chop greens and steam until soft – about 7 minutes.
  • Press garlic into the lemon juice/oil mixture and stir or shake well.
  • Add salt.
  • Pour dressing over greens and toss well.
